Monday Neighbor Reimbursement
Please fill out this form to submit your request for funds for Monday Neighbor Outreach. Please read the funding guidelines below before submitting your request: 1. The money must be a reasonable amount for the activity. 2. The money must go toward spending time with people in our area who do not attend church. The money is not for printing pamphlets, overtly enticing them to come to church, etc. 3. The people receiving reimbursement must be church members, or working toward membership. 4. The activity must be something in good taste, not creating controversy in the church. 5. Members must submit a report of the results and receipts in order to be reimbursed.
